We’re so excited to be celebrating with you at Rocky Ridge Resort in beautiful Smithers, BC! Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your stay:

The Resort:

All wedding festivities will take place at Rocky Ridge Resort. The Resort is located approximately 40 km northwest of the town of Smithers– British Columbia (45 Minute to an hour Drive). Turn west off Hwy. #16 into Kitseguecla Loop Road, cross the rail tracks and follow Kitsequecla Lake Road (gravel road) up to Km 13. At Km 13 you have to turn right! Left is the Talzen Lake and recreation site and also a bunch of signs. Turn right and follow that road until the end.

Camping:

For those who’d like to stay close to the action (we suggest this option!), camping will be available on-site for $35 per night. This is an off-grid location, there are no hook-ups! You’re welcome to bring generators, and there will be washrooms and a shower available to make your stay comfortable.

We kindly request that if you are bringing a trailer or motorhome to the camp site that you bring it earlier in the morning on the Saturday to avoid any complications closer to the ceremony time.

Travel Tips

Smithers is accessible by car, with beautiful drives from Prince George, Terrace, and beyond. The nearest airport is Smithers Regional Airport (YYD).
